Zach Johnson, President
Zach Johnson is a Cedar Rapids, Iowa, native and 11-time PGA TOUR winner, including the 2007 Masters Champion. Zach and his wife, Kim, have two sons, Will and Wyatt and a daughter, Abby Jane.
Kim Johnson, Vice-President
Kim grew up in Florida and attended Stetson College. Kim is a former AmeriCorps Program Director, where she worked with the homeless population of Baltimore. She has always been passionate about giving back to the community and loves helping others. This passion is carried on through her work with the Zach Johnson Foundation.
Pat Baird, Treasurer and Director
Pat Baird retired from a 30+ year career at AEGON in 2010. He brings many years of experience in the financial industry to the board. He is now involved in many community efforts, including Blue Zones, the Eastern Iowa Airport Commission and the Zach Johnson Foundation board.
Sarika Bhakta, Director
Sarika is the President of Nikeya Diversity Consulting. She was born in Gujarat, India. As a Certified Diversity Executive, she empowers organizations to strategically leverage diversity as an asset via equity, inclusion, and engagement solutions. Sarika also co-authored “Power Up, Super Women”, and is a host of the Diversity Straight Up podcast.
Andy Bosman, Director
Andy is Chief Marketing Officer for RSM US LLP, a sponsor of Zach and co-developer of Kids on Course RSM Shot at College scholarship program. Andy and his wife Tracey have two children, daughter McKinsey and son Drew.
Brad Buffoni, Director
Brad has served as Zach’s agent and manager since 2002. Brad also manages other top professional golfers and is an executive at Wasserman Media Group, a leading sports marketing and entertainment company.
Brent Cobb, Chairman
Brent is the CEO of World Class Industries in Hiawatha, Iowa, as well as an outside director for a number of for-profit companies. He has been involved in a number of community non-profits including the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation and the Hiawatha Economic Development Corporation.
Jason Edwards, Director
Jason grew up in Cedar Rapids and graduated from Cornell College in 1995 and received his Master’s Degree from Drake University in 2010. He has worked for the Cedar Rapids Community School district for over 20 years and is currently a Professional School Counselor and Coach at Jefferson High School. Jason is passionate about building positive relationships with young people and assisting them with reaching their goals. Jason and his wife Jennifer have one child, daughter Jaciana.
Katie Golobic, Director
Katie was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She graduated magna cum laude from University of Colorado-Colorado Springs in 2009 with a B.S. in Sport Management and worked in human resources with GreatAmerica Financial Services prior to starting her family. She currently serves on the Cedar Valley Montessori school board as vice-president and was recently inducted into the Washington High School (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) Athletic Hall of Fame for her accomplishments as a three-sport athlete. Katie and her husband have four children.
Ben Wadsley, Director
Ben is the Head of Annuity Product Development and Pricing for Transamerica, where he’s passionate about doing the right thing for the company’s customers and solving their needs. An Iowa native, he graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004 with a degree in Mathematics. Ben and his wife, Emily, have three children (Corey, Juliet and August), who love volunteering and spending time in the community.
