Zach Johnson, President
Zach Johnson is a Cedar Rapids, Iowa, native and 11-time PGA TOUR winner, including the 2007 Masters Champion. Zach and his wife, Kim, have two sons, Will and Wyatt and a daughter, Abby Jane.
Kim Johnson, Vice-President
Kim grew up in Florida and attended Stetson College. Kim is a former AmeriCorps Program Director, where she worked with the homeless population of Baltimore. She has always been passionate about giving back to the community and loves helping others. This passion is carried on through her work with the Zach Johnson Foundation.
Pat Baird, Treasurer and Director
Pat Baird retired from a 30+ year career at AEGON in 2010. He brings many years of experience in the financial industry to the board. He is now involved in many community efforts, including Blue Zones, the Eastern Iowa Airport Commission and the Zach Johnson Foundation board.
Sarika Bhakta, Director
Sarika Bhakta is the Founder and President of Nikeya Consulting and the Founder and Managing Partner of InnoSpark Global. With nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience across various industry sectors, she focuses on organizational effectiveness, human capital strategy, and governance. Born in Gujarat, India, Sarika’s global perspective informs her various board and advisory roles.
Andy Bosman, Director
Andy is the Chief Advancement Officer for Principia, an educational institution in Saint Louis committed to scholarship through character development with a spiritual foundation. Andy previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer at RSM.
Steven Schoenauer, Director
Steve graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1991 with a degree in accounting and began his career shortly thereafter with RSM US, LLP (formerly McGladrey & Pullen). Over the years, he has advanced into leadership roles within the firm and currently serves as a partner and the leader of RSM’s Iowa/Nebraska Market. Steve and his wife, Lori, reside in Robins, Iowa. They have two adult sons, both married, and are proud grandparents of two grandchildren.
Brad Buffoni, Director
Brad has served as Zach’s agent and manager since 2002. Brad also manages other top professional golfers and is an executive at Wasserman Media Group, a leading sports marketing and entertainment company.
Brent Cobb, Chairman
Brent is the CEO of World Class Industries in Hiawatha, Iowa, as well as an outside director for a number of for-profit companies. He has been involved in a number of community non-profits including the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation and the Hiawatha Economic Development Corporation.
Jason Edwards, Director
Jason grew up in Cedar Rapids and graduated from Cornell College in 1995 and received his Master’s Degree from Drake University in 2010. He has worked for the Cedar Rapids Community School district for over 20 years and is currently a Professional School Counselor and Coach at Jefferson High School. Jason is passionate about building positive relationships with young people and assisting them with reaching their goals. Jason and his wife Jennifer have one child, daughter Jaciana.
Tiffany Earl Williams, Director
Tiffany Earl Williams is the CEO and co-founder of Midwest Equity, a private equity real estate company, and a broker and co-founder of WSG CRE, an Iowa-based real estate firm. A University of Iowa graduate, Tiffany is a strategic leader and committed community advocate. She has held various nonprofit and educational leadership roles supporting families and youth. Known for her collaborative, people-centered approach, Tiffany brings passion and purpose to every initiative. She and her husband, Phil, live in Cedar Rapids, IA and have three children, Grayson, Kathryn and AJ.
Ben Wadsley, Director
Ben is the Head of Annuity Product Development and Pricing for Transamerica, where he’s passionate about doing the right thing for the company’s customers and solving their needs. An Iowa native, he graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004 with a degree in Mathematics. Ben and his wife, Emily, have three children (Corey, Juliet and August), who love volunteering and spending time in the community.
